ENERGY SAVING
The Everhot smaller ranges consume a miserly 100 units a week when at full working temperature. Using the ECO function on a regular basis will save at least 15% of these figures. Also, no servicing requirements to worry about - a substantial saving when compared to other ranges.

EASY TO INSTALL
No major upheavals needed, no floors needing to be reinforced, no flue to be installed and runs off a 13 amp socket. Every Everhot range can fit quickly and easily into your kitchen, whether the space available is 600mm, 900mm, 1000mm, 1200mm or 1500mm.

EVERHOT 60

If you love the idea of a traditional cooking range but think that your kitchen's compact proportions may not accommodate it - think again. The EVERHOT 60 fits neatly into a standard 600mm wide kitchen unit. With no flue and no reinforced floor needed, installation is easy. What's more, you can take those spacious top and bottom ovens, four saucepan hot and simmer plates and integral grill with you when you move on.

EVERHOT 90

The EVERHOT 90 was designed for people who want a bigger presence in their kitchen than the most compact model. It is also a perfect solution if an old range has been removed; most were built to this 900mm size, so the Everhot 90 can effortlessly fill the gap. In addition to all the traditional appeal and versatility of an Everhot, the 90 features a useful resting place on the side of the hotplate - ideal for a joint of meat, or for preparing food before adding it to a pan on the hotplate. The control box is integral and is neatly packaged behind its own door.

EVERHOT 100

The EVERHOT 100 has all the traditional style of a classic English range cooker; its four cast iron doors provide a beautifully balanced appliance that forms the centrepiece of any kitchen. Behind the doors lie three ovens, on the left hand side roasting and casserole ovens, whilst behind the third lies a useful plate-warming oven. The final door conceals all the controls necessary to run the cooker.

However you have the choice of some extra magic with the Everhot 100's hotplates. It can incorporate, as an option, the ultimate in cooking technology - a commercial-quality induction hob - which provides flexible additional capacity throughout the year and can even be used instead of the traditional hotplates in hot weather.

All the advantages of the other heat-storage models remain - the Everhot ranges are both the most controllable and economic of any models in their class. The hob matches the Everhot requirements for both reliability and performance; indeed it can be found in many top class restaurants throughout the world; in a domestic environment it should last a lifetime.

Induction works by producing heat in the saucepan itself and it is by far the most efficient way of bringing something to the boil, however the simple controls provide a high degree of accuracy for simmering.

EVERHOT 110

A larger cooker for a smaller space The EVH110i is the latest addition to the Everhot range of cookers, it provides all of the oven space of our bigger cookers but is designed to fit into a slightly smaller space.

It would look beautiful when incorporated into a new kitchen but is equally easy to retrofit into an existing installation. Behind its four cast iron doors lies three full size controllable ovens whilst the fourth conceals the control box which allows you to adjust all the cooking temperatures to your own specific requirements.

We envisage the ovens being used for roasting, casserole or plate warming, however the ovens are equally at home in the classic configuration of roasting, baking and casserole - one of the beauties of the Everhot is that you can simply set it to a temperature that suits you and your style of cooking. Of course, should you not need the capacity or heat from the ovens it is very simple to just turn off what is not required. Once again the EVH110i offers a fascinating hybrid of classic cast iron hotplate cooking, whilst providing the latest in induction technology with its large, commercial quality induction hob - ideal to increase the overall hotplate space or to provide a useful facility during the summer months.

The warming oven on this model is behind the top right door.

EASE OF INSTALLATION
No major upheavals needed, no floors needing to be reinforced, no flue to be installed and runs off a 13 amp socket. Every Everhot range can fit quickly and easily into your kitchen, whether the space available is 600mm, 900mm, 1000mm, 1200mm or 1500mm.

TOTAL CONTROL
Each oven and heating surface can be independently adjusted to the temperature you require. The grill a rare feature among other comparable ranges, is also independently adjustable. If a particular cooking area is not needed for long periods, you can switch it off or turn it down without effecting the other areas. So on hot summer days, you don't have to roast in the kitchen.

ECO CONTROL
Designed to give lower running costs and a cooler kitchen in summer, the ECO control provides a type of 'sleep' facility which allows the range to be dropped to a predetermined lower temperature. The ECO function can be entered manually through a button on the control box or can be controlled automatically via a simple timer function. Everhot estimate the saving through regular overnight use to be around 15% of overall running costs.

MAINTENANCE-FREE
With a little care and affection, your Everhot will perform trouble-free year after year, with no annual servicing requirement. When considered over a lifetime of ownership, this represents a considerable cost saving.

COLOURS
A carefully selected colour range offers you abundant choice for your kitchen. From understated Black, dark Blue or Green to rich Burgundy, cool Cream or new Graphite, there's a colour for every kitchen theme.

Everhot Range Cookers THE LIFELONG INVESTMENT
