RANGES UNDER 1000 mm
When space is at a premium, the 700mm Cormatin and Rully offer the same power and performance as the larger Lacanche models. The Cormatin and Rully models have been designed to fit into a 700mm wide space whilst retaining all the attributes of a semi-professional cooker – powerful burners and fast heating 74 litre oven. The Cormatin also has a choice of 4 hob-top and three 74 litre oven configurations The Rully has the same powerful burners and 74 litre oven as the Cormatin but is also equipped with a 35 litre grill oven.
RANGES 1000 mm - 1500 mm

The 1000mm Cluny and the best selling Macon offer a unique combination of ovens and hob-top configuration. While the 1000mm Vougeot / Volnay has a 74 litre main oven and is also specified with a 84 litre simmer over.On models over 1000mm such as the Chemin and the Fontenay, additional integrated hob elements can be added. From the versatile Multi cooker to the robust Chargrill Lacanche allows you to expand your creative culinary possibilities and build them into your hob.
RANGES OVER 1500 mm

BACKSPLASHES & PAN RACKS
The backsplashes are made of brushed stainless steel folded over a hardboard back. Backsplashes are provided with wall mounting flanges top and bottom. The 850mm height does not include these flanges. A classic or contemporary can be added to the backsplash. The appropriate pan rack fixing hole must be specified at time of order.
