It seems to me like every day, more people are curious about making the switch to induction.
Just today, I had a customer ask about the benefits of induction. And my answer was simple: efficiency and ease.
Induction hobs are nearly twice as fast as gas and incredibly energy efficient.
But there's a catch... well, sort of...
Induction hobs require pans that are magnetic, like cast iron or certain stainless steels (the quick test I tell customers is that if a fridge magnet sticks to the pan, it's induction-ready).
So, why is there a growing preference for induction?
Honestly, from what I've had people tell me, many appreciate the clean lines it offers and the reduced hassle in cleaning if you spill something, a simple wipe is all it takes.
And let's not forget, it's a more eco-friendly choice, cutting down on carbon emissions without sacrificing performance.
So, while I'm a traditionalist at heart, the benefits of induction are hard to ignore. It's stylish, efficient, and aligns with the modern style many people are after.
Have you already got an induction hob? If you're curious to see one in action, pop into the showroom and I'll walk you through it.
Warm regards,
Andy
