Ridged Griddle Plate
Other Hob top Accessories include a Smooth Griddle Plate and Small Simmer Plate which work in the same way.
Wok Ring
The Wok Ring can be used on the Traditional Hob (it fits into the centre over the 5kW burner having removed the centre circle) as well as over open burners.
