You can now book a Live Virtual Showroom Cooker Consultation from the comfort of your own home. With free video calls from Zoom, we can meet with you virtually, learn about your requirements and "walk" you around the fantastic cookers in our showroom.

With 35 years personal experience in the range cooker marketplace we really do know our products inside out. How it works:

1. Request an appointment.
2. Set up Zoom on your device ahead of time (important!)
   • For smartphones and tablets with built-in cameras and microphones:
   • Download the free Zoom Cloud Meetings app on your smartphone or tablet.
   • Make sure your device is plugged in or fully charged.
   • For laptops and desktop computers:
   • Go to zoom.us and click on "Sign-Up, It's Free." Follow the instructions to install the Zoom application on your computer.
   • Make sure your computer is plugged in or fully charged.
3. Meet with us at the Showroom
   • At the time of your appointment, we will email you a meeting ID and passcode. Open up Zoom, hit "Join a Meeting" and enter the meeting ID and passcode. If prompted, allow access to your microphone and camera.
   • Once we are connected through the Zoom video call, take some time to explain your cooker requirements. We talk through your options and take you on a virtual tour of the showroom to show you the best options.
4. Be on the lookout for the follow-up information - After your video call we will follow-up by email.
