Have you ever had a stranger come up to you and know exactly who you are - an old school friend or ex-colleague, someone like that?

They know you by name, yet you're left scratching your head without a clue to who they are!

You either play along and pretend you know them or awkwardly reveal you've completely forgotten.

Well, that tricky situation happened to me last week...

It was a couple who walked through the door and instantly recognised me.

They greeted me by name and warmly asked how I'd been doing.

I felt so sure I must've met them before that I had to go for the awkward option and ask...

"Sorry, do I know you?"

But I was saved from any embarrassment; it turned out that they'd simply watched all of the videos I'd recorded on our website!

It was like a mini-celebrity moment. And I was delighted to hear all of the effort on the videos hadn't gone to waste.

After watching them all, they had a shortlist of the cookers they wanted to see in person, and in the end, they settled on an Everhot 90 Plus.
