A note from Andy
My two new companions
There’s been a bit of a change of scenery in the showroom…
I’ve had two new cookers arrive last week. Both are upgraded “Pro” versions from ESSE’s 1000 series.
And the difference is simple but substantial…
The ovens are bigger. 40% bigger, in fact.
Now, that might not sound dramatic on paper, but in real life it’s the thing people used to hesitate over with ESSE.
I’d often have customers comparing Everhot, ESSE, and Heritage…
And when they got to the older ESSE models, the bottom oven size was usually the sticking point.
So, ESSE listened and they answered.
Both the main oven and the warming oven have more space, which makes them feel much more usable day-to-day.

Plus, the rest of what people like about ESSE is still there.
• They still run off two standard 13amp plug sockets
• They still stay on all the time at a low level
• They’re still hand-built in Lancashire
In other words, it’s the same ESSE people like, just with zero compromises.
I haven’t put them properly through their paces yet – they’ve only just been fired up – but my first impressions are very good. I think they’re genuinely a great addition to the range.
So, if you were interested in the ESSE range but felt the ovens were a bit tight, these new Pro models are worth a look.
They’re both up and running now if you want to see them in person, stand next to them, and get a feel for the size.
Come and have a look if you’re curious.
